Refund policy

At Tiny Charmers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’re here to help!

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shoptinycharmers@gmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
